Skateboarders Who Get Angry

You’ve all seen it. The kid at the skatepark who obviously can’t skate worth a fetid dingo’s kidney but who tries to act as though he normally lands everything. He rides up the bank, tries to do a kickflip at the top, doesn’t even come close, and then yells out a colorful metaphor and acts all mad.

I’ve always kind of laughed at these kids, even when I was a kid just starting myself. Sure, I can understand it when you’re coming really close to landing a hard trick but you keep missing it. That can be pretty frustrating. If you’re Kerry Getz then you can miss your trick about twice before you start yelling. But when you’re not coming close on any of your 50 attempts, getting angry is just a show, and you’re not fooling anyone.

So I’ve come up with a solution. When that kid at the park tries his trick for the 466th time and doesn’t land it and starts cursing, everyone moon him.
