1) Maybe have like free shipping on orders over $50 or $100, it helps you by encouraging customers to purchase more for free shipping.
2) Also you could offer cheap skateboarding related freebies with purchases.
I agree with mike, And if you have like a paypal. dont make it so complicated to use, that causes people to get fustrated and just give up.
hey i really badly want to be sponcerd because the shop sounds sick and it would be ausumn to be sponcerd i think the shop is great how it is but i was wondering what u need to know as far as tricks to get sponcerd by this skateshop
1. Free shipping over a certain $ amount , for sure. Gets me every time.
2. Truck selection online is horrible… Do not need to have high volumes of the non typical stuff , try to cover all sizes and colors. I ride a 8 inch board , I went through three shops before I found typical Thunder Hi 147s . All they had was Silver.
3. Relates to #2 following trends will make your shop just like every one else. BAM rides this product and size etc. and it sells more so lets carry what sells is a typical attitude, Be the shop that also covers the 20% non trend type. Dont be afraid to have some softer wheels, bigger boards, rails . a good selection of trucks that dont just fit whatever BaM is riding etc. Cover all grounds.
Keep prices fair ,ship fast and always email back with info. ,never be too short and sound like your going out of your way etc.
I feel ..pushing the core products, like Independent, Thunder venture .. or all USA companies that built this sport and never bailed out when times got bad , shows integrity. and you in it for the good of the industry (long term).
I am new to online shopping. So far, I am very disappointed and discussed customer, do not buy anything from Gowindholz.net. It’s seems that once they have tapped into your account for money, your are subject to wait, unknowning “SOON” to when you could recieve your merchandise, if they have it in stock, which is then passed as SHIPPING, a separate company?! Shipping fee will be applied, since there is no such shipping as FREE.True Professionals are responsible company’s who call customers to verify order, mailing and bill address are current, and complete payment is correct. 2nd Day Air is a gimmick, saving your money!
I had great service from Gowindholz.net they sent my merchandise in just a few days and I got the free shipping. They rock. Prices so low. skatewarehouse doesnt have prices that low and their ship time was alot slower than Gowindholz.net
Horrible, horrible communications, service, everything. Good luck getting in touch with them. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a skateboard for my son. I finally had to get the credit card company involved!!!
